During the TeamGym ECh you can experience Aarhus through the light of a rainbow on top of the art museum, ARoS at half price. Your ECh ticket will give you a 50% discount on the entrance fee to ARoS.
As an extra pleasure for all ECh spectators Danmarks Gymnastik Forbund (DGF) has established collaboration with the Aarhus located art museum ARoS, giving all ECh ticket holders a 50% discount on the entrance fee to ARoS during the ECh.
Olafur Eliasson has created a spectacular work of art on the roof of ARoS in the form of a circular walkway made in glass of all the colors of the spectrum. Visitors can take a stroll around this circular walkway enjoying panoramic views of the Aarhus city and bay area. The rainbow panorama is visible from a great distance with different colors visible depending on where you are in the city. At night, the rainbow panorama is lit up from inside by spotlights embedded in the floor adding an extra dimension to the view.
A visit at ARoS is a unique experience and a must when visiting Aarhus. DGF is pleased to offer you three great attractions; ARoS, ‘Den Gamle By’ and Tivoli Friheden to fill the time waiting for great gymnastics in the ECh.
